Born in New Orleans, painter Amanda Snyder’s Big Easy roots can be sensed in her impressionistic pieces, many which are influenced by the city’s rich jazz and art scenes. She paints primarily from old family photographs, capturing a sense of nostalgia and a “perfectly imperfect” look. Handmade in Austin, Texas.
